Your mission

As part of our continued growth in the DACH market, we are expanding our Professional Services team with an experienced Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant. 

As a Senior IGA Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Matrix42 Identity Governance & Administration solutions for customers across the public and private sectors. 

Working closely with customers, project managers, architects, consultants, and partner organizations, you will ensure successful project delivery while helping customers establish efficient, secure, and scalable identity governance processes. 

Your Responsibilities 
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Matrix42 Identity Governance & Administration solutions 
  • Analyze customer business processes and identity governance requirements 
  • Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering activities 
  • Challenge customer requirements and recommend Identity Governance best practices based on industry standards and real-world experience 
  • Design and configure Identity Governance solutions that meet customer business and security objectives 
  • Configure identity lifecycle processes, approval workflows, provisioning processes, and access governance policies 
  • Define and support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications 
  • Create technical and functional documentation 
  • Deliver administrator and end-user training 
  • Support customers during testing, go-live, and hyper-care 
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and other internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery 
  • Enable and support Matrix42 implementation partners during customer projects 
  • Share implementation best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies 
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise when required 

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance professional with a strong consulting mindset and proven implementation experience. 
 Must have 
  • Several years of hands-on experience implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM) solutions
  • Experience delivering full lifecycle IGA implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment
  • Experience running customer workshops and gathering business and technical requirements
  • Ability to challenge customer requirements and recommend best practices rather than simply implementing requested solutions
  • Strong understanding of Identity Governance concepts, including:
    • Identity lifecycle management
    • Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Access certifications and reviews
  • Approval workflows
  • Provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Experience integrating identity platforms with:
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • Active Directory
    • HR systems
    • Business applications
  • Experience with APIs, scripting, or automation
  • Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region and across Europe
