Senior Product Manager & Product Lead owns the product direction and delivery of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM (Secure Unified Endpoint Management) area.
This role combines product leadership, execution ownership, and people management, ensuring strong alignment with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams, while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
Senior Product Manager & Product Lead is accountable for:

Product Strategy
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Matrix42’s growth ambitions
- Translate strategic priorities into outcome-oriented, value-driven product initiatives
Product Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to customer impact
- Prioritize based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality product outcomes
Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
- Build strong alignment across stakeholders and teams
- Support structured decision-making with clear trade-offs and transparency
Customer Value & Product Impact
- Ensure product decisions are driven by customer needs, data, and market insights
- Strengthen product positioning and differentiation in the enterprise SUEM space
- Contribute to product adoption, customer success, and business growth
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and evolve a high-performing team of Product Managers / Product Owners
- Create clarity on goals, priorities, and expectations
- Drive regular feedback, performance conversations, and growth plans
