The VP Cloud will lead the company's Cloud strategy, operations, and financial performance across the M42 Core, Pro, and Enterprise platforms. This role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence in Cloud delivery, driving efficiency through measurable KPls, improving customer experience by reducing escalations, and strengthening profitability- with a specific mandate to increase Enterprise Cloud Gross Margin.
In addition, the VP Cloud will play a pivotal role in realizing the company's vision to become the leading European provider of service management software, delivering flexible
"Cloud Your Way" deployment models that meet customer demands for data residency and sovereignty. The strategy includes turn-key solutions that combine ease of adoption with full data residency control, and ensuring all offerings are resilient, compliant, and trusted - protecting customer data while supporting regulatory requirements.
The VP Cloud reports directly to the CTO and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success and Support teams to ensure the company's Cloud offerings deliver scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, trust, and European independence.
