Your mission
Position Overview
• Build and lead a team of mission-driven engineers, providing technical mentoring and coaching while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, design, delivery, and senior leaders to develop vision and strategy for products, leading the execution and delivery of those solutions.
• Drive self-organized and autonomous engineering teams across multiple product squads, empowering engineers to explore new possibilities and find the best solutions following Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Set clear objectives for direct reports, compare deliverables against objectives, and conduct timely performance reviews.
• Implement the latest practices and standards within engineering, including organizational design, process, workflow, training, and adoption.
• Proactively review and integrate best practices with cutting-edge Agentic AI tools into software development lifecycle.
Your profile
MUST HAVES
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an applicable field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead, mentor, and coach engineers, including the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Effective cross-functional communication and ability to influence and collaborate across teams and organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions.
• Understanding of building cloud-native applications and PaaS (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience working in teams with established DevOps culture.
• Experience with enterprise software development and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Familiarity with .NET ecosystem, MSSQL, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
• Practical experience with agentic AI tools like Claude Code, Google Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
