- Translate strategic priorities into outcome-oriented, ROI-driven marketing initiatives across all segments and channels.
Brand, Messaging & Positioning
- Strengthen and evolve Matrix42’s brand identity to reflect its positioning as The European Choice in secure, intelligent service management.
- Ensure ICP focused marketing activities
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints — website, product, corporation, partner, events, and media.
- Build thought leadership around key themes such as intelligent service management, digital workplace automation and sovereign cloud.
Demand Generation & Growth Engine
- Own predictable, efficient pipeline generation and conversion at scale
- Identify customer segments and verticals aligned with our ICP and find right marketing tactics to optimize demand generation amongst this audience
- Leverage digital channels (paid, content, SEO, social, webinars), account-based marketing, and partner ecosystems to increase pipeline quality and velocity.
- Implement continuous testing, optimization, and experimentation to enhance performance across the full funnel.
Product & Solution Marketing
- Work closely with product management and product marketing to define solution positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive successful launches of platform innovations such as AI Agents, workflow automation, cloud enhancements, digital workplace features, and service management capabilities.
- Enable Sales and Partners with effective collateral, training, battlecards, and customer stories.
Analytics, Insights & Marketing Operations
- Own executive-level marketing performance reporting and insight generation
- Optimize technology stack, analytics, attribution models, and operations to ensure high efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Manage the global marketing budget with clear ROI transparency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Design and evolve the global marketing operating model, org structure and performance metric reporting
- Foster cross-functional alignment with Sales, R&D, Product, Customer Success, and regional teams.
- Serve as a cultural role model, reinforcing Matrix42’s commitments to customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
