Partner Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission
As part of our Sales Germany team focusing on Indirect Sales, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers throughout Germany. You will handle newly acquired deals with new customers and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities exclusively through our partners. You will work hand in hand with internal colleagues from the Partner Management or Pre-Sales departments, among others, and build long-term customer relationships. You will sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, develop projects independently until successful completion and coordinate the Winning Team, which will provide you with the necessary sales support in a wide range of disciplines.
 
  • You are responsible for the existing and new customers assigned to you in Germany
  • You are familiar with working with partners and know what it takes to successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Your tasks also include creating a sales plan for potential analyses and maintaining the CRM system
  • You develop customized solutions and build a strategic partnership with customers and partners
  • You know how to win over customers through targeted advice and planning for their sales success
  • You are responsible for organizing customer presentations and workshops and representing the company at trade fairs and events
  • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to qualifying and processing sales projects and concluding contracts
Your profile
  • You have relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions (ITSM in the best case)
  • You are a self-motivated sales person with several years of experience in working with partners, who is used to building targeted and persistent customer relationships and closing deals confidently together with partners
  • You have sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
  • Understanding problems and translating them into a portfolio of solutions is a particular strength of yours 
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are results-orientated with the will to succeed, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • You have a confident demeanor, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise and a high degree of self-motivation
  • You have an analytical mind, a high level of commitment and constructive assertiveness
  • A willingness to work hard and flexibility in terms of time are a matter of course for you. You have a corresponding willingness to travel
  • International customer contact or the exchange with your international colleagues is no challenge for you, as you have a very good command of German and English
NICE TO HAVE
  •  Experience in sales of IT Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions
