- Administer and develop the GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and data accuracy
- Provide operational support to Northern Europe sales teams, including:
- Targeting prospecting activities with data driven ICP
- Partner management
- Quote and contracting support
- Sales onboarding coordination
- Own our master data including customers, partners, prospects, contacts, campaigns with continuous emphasis on improving data hygiene
- Support lead and deal pipeline management, including pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and execute process improvements across all revenue flows
- Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations

- At least Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, operations, analyst or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the following:
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to our operations
- Understanding of Tech/SaaS -business and motivation to manage technologies supporting our GTM (including CRM, CPQ, marketing and BI-tools)
- Able to work at least part-time on-site at a Matrix42 Espoo or Stockholm offices
