You bring:
- A completed education in IT or an equivalent qualification in the field.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of network administration (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and foundational IT security principles.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and direct user support.
- A structured, service-driven approach to work, with the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with colleagues across departments.
- Strong Finish and English language skills, both written and spoken, to professionally support users and partners.
