Your mission
As a Junior .NET Developer on our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team, you will help develop, extend, and customize solutions on the Matrix42 platform. This position is ideal for those with a foundational background in C# and .NET and hands-on experience in customizing enterprise solutions (such as CRM, ERP, or other large-scale business systems). You will closely collaborate with experienced developers to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that streamline endpoint management for our enterprise customers.
Technology stack.Net framework, .Net Core, MSSQL, ADO.NET, Web API, Azure Cloud, WWF, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, MQTT (Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ), AD/LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID(AAD), PowerShell, CI/CD, Git.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of features for the Matrix42 platform using .NET (C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core)
- Support senior developers in integrating and enhancing enterprise solutions (CRM/ERP or similar platforms)
- Modify and extend platform functionalities to meet the unique requirements of business users
- Write, debug, and maintain clean, efficient code under guidance and code review
- Assist with database interactions (SQL Server, ADO.NET)
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting software components
- Collaborate with UEM team members, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions
- Follow established best practices and processes in software development
- Stay informed about new technologies and trends relevant to the Matrix42 ecosystem and endpoint management

With our UEM solution, Matrix42 Empirum, all networked devices and corporate software assets can be administrated efficiently and made available from a central management console. The modular structure of the software suite is completely database-based and allows for the intuitive handling of all functionalities; this way, it is possible to easily distribute, install or modify all components of a system – operating system, applications and personal settings and files – with Matrix42 Empirum. Our Enterprise Service Management Platform (ESMP) is an advanced low-code solution reshaping how businesses manage their IT services and workflows. ESMP offers a robust and intuitive interface, enabling customers to create complex business applications seamlessly. It is possible to define business models, build elaborate interfaces, and design workflows — all without extensive coding.
ESMP backend, built on the reliable .NET Framework, utilizes MSSQL for data storage and a custom ORM solution with built-in localization, security and own SQL-like query language, adopted to the business needs. The frontend, developed with Angular.js and Typescript, delivers a responsive and engaging user experience, interfacing smoothly with the backend via a Web API. This synergistic interaction supports dynamic user operations, real-time data handling, and advanced data validation.
ESMP leverages the Unified User Experience (UUX) web interface, a core UI solution extensively used across the Matrix42 products. The UUX web interface serves as the unified platform where end-users and administrators craft and manage business applications. This includes the ability to define business models and relationships, build complex interfaces, perform basic CRUD operations, and execute multi-step business actions. Engines and workflows within ESMP handle essential background operations, including managing data imports, and running various background processes. The platform supports extensive customization and extension through development tools that enable teamwork in package development and testing, ensuring smooth deployment to production. The solution supports clustering and is on its way to being fully ran in containers, promising high availability, resilience and excellent development efficiency.
