Your mission
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Partner Manager to lead our global alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Consulting Firms. This role is responsible for both establishing new
strategic partnerships and expanding existing relationships across additional geographies. You will play a key role in driving joint business initiatives, accelerating partner-led growth, and ensuring long-term success through scalable, cross-border collaboration.
- Identify, initiate, and onboard new strategic GSI and consulting partners aligned with our global growth strategy.
- Expand existing partnerships into new markets and regions, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and solution development.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner organizations.
- Lead complex, multi-country partner programs and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including commercial terms and strategic frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive partner performance.
- Monitor and report on partner KPIs, pipeline contribution, and strategic impact.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings.
