Our sales team in Sweden consists of about 5 colleagues, and you’ll have the full support you need to succeed — from presales to marketing and beyond. YOUR MISSION- Spot and engage potential accounts and turn them into qualified opportunities
- Reach out through ABM-driven campaigns, email, LinkedIn, and other channels with our proven ICP & tech stack
- Identify key decision-makers, spark their interest, and build relationships
- Nurture leads until they’re ready to explore Matrix42 solutions
- Keep our CRM data sharp and actionable, helping the whole team work smarter
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Executives, and Pre-Sales – you’ll be part of a high-energy, supportive sales team in Sweden.
Your profile

MUST-HAVES
Proven hands-on experience in business development and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.)
Strong and confident communication skills — both written and spoken — with the resilience to turn “no” into “yes”
A solid academic background (BBA or higher)
Fluency in both Swedish and English
