Your mission
The Presales Consultant will provide solution leadership around Matrix42 customer values for the Enterprise Service Management and additional areas such as Endpoint Management and Security, Mobile Device Management, Asset Management and other ITIL practices.
Being part of a winning team with Sales and Presales colleagues in Spain or Iberia, the consultant takes personal responsibilities for the customer, the opportunity and technical closing.

- Technically responsible in managing and growing customers (existing & new)
- Develop and present architecture blueprints tailored to complex customer environments (whiteboarding)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. architects, services managers, decision-makers) in large organisations
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for our technical vision and strategy
- Identify and implement opportunities to expand customer relationships
- Demonstrate product functionality and capability both onsite or via remote sessions to existing customers, partners, and prospects
- Work closely with customers to develop tailored, long-term solutions, often through co-innovation
- Contribute replies to RFIs/RFPs and proposal documents with the local sales force and HQ technical departments
- Co-ordinate and implement proof-of-concepts and demonstrate tailored capability and functionality
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demonstrations and thought/solutions leadership
- Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Supporting events – conferences, road shows, technical workshops, webinars etc.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Channel, Sales and other needed departments
- Liaison with Product Management and Development to provide feedback given by our customers, partners and prospects
