Your mission
Are you eager to kick-start or advance your career in tech sales with a high-performing team at the forefront of enterprise service and workspace management? Matrix42, represented in Poland through an acquired InteliWISE SA, a leading European provider of B2B, SaaS software, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our growth in Poland.
In this role, you'll be the tip of the spear—responsible for identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients. Your job is to spark interest, qualify leads, and create pipeline opportunities that fuel our sales engine. You'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to connect with the right buyers and set the stage for success.
What You'll Do
Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders in the Polish market – midsize and large companies and public sector.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Qualify inbound leads and guide them through early stages of the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and regularly report on activity and pipeline development.
Participate in regional events, webinars, and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

The role is based in
Poland, where we have offices both in
Lublin and
Warsaw. We would prefer direct employment but B2B is possible.
