Act as a trusted advisor to your assigned clients, helping them achieve business success with Matrix42 solutions.
Own the relationship: Manage renewals and drive expansion within your named accounts.
Craft and execute strategic account plans to ensure retention, adoption, and growth.
Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, articulating business value and a compelling vision.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across business units.
Monitor account health and proactively address challenges.
Maintain accurate forecasts of your monthly and annual pipeline.
