Are you an experienced and driven Delivery Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality services? We are seeking a Delivery Manager (PSO) to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating service deliveries, driving operational excellence, and supporting our customers in the public sector. Fluency in Swedish is required to participate in steering group meetings and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
YOUR MISSION 
Coordinating and Planning Work

• Oversee resource planning and management, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Align tasks and priorities with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks to appropriate decision-making levels when necessary.

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Lead the recruitment process in collaboration with HR and management, including:
• Defining job requirements
• Reviewing applications and interviewing candidates
• Conducting reference checks
• Develop onboarding plans and support new team members through their integration period.

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical insight.
• Analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, and evaluate potential risks.
• Prepare and approve Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and workload estimates.

Managing Financials

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of work hours and manage invoicing tasks.
• Monitor and minimize non-billable work to maintain project profitability.
• Update and maintain team forecasts on a weekly basis.
