• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in C# (.Net Framework and .Net 8), MSSQL (T-SQL knowledge is required), and Microsoft Azure services.
• Enterprise-Grade Projects Experience: Proven track record of building and delivering enterprise-grade products, with a strong understanding of the challenges and best practices involved.
• Architectural Leadership: Proven track record of developing large-scale, complex projects, with experience defining technical architecture and driving engineering excellence across teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and driving complex features to successful completion.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
• Testability: Ability to develop functionalities and validate their functionality via tests (unit tests knowledge is required).

NICE TO HAVE

• Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including cloud hosting, storage; experience with Azure Analysis Services is a plus.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly in the Azure ecosystem.
• Full-Stack Expertise: Experience with end-to-end development (modern frontend technology knowledge is a plus: AngularJS, React, or web components) and their integration into backend solutions.
