Sales/Revenue Operations Manager

Your mission
  • Managing and developing core tools used by sales and marketing organizations to optimize sales efficiency all the way from lead management to quotation management
  • Support and drive initiatives to improve data collection, reporting processes, dashboards, and analytics workflows to ensure data integrity and availability across sales motions and regions
  • Building, streamlining and documenting revenue workflows to increase efficiency and on-boarding time
  • Proactively participating in regular sales reporting and providing insights to the organization based on data
  • Actively driving adoption of sales tools through training, internal communication and by acting as dedicated contact point for support with tools and related processes
Your profile
  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales / revenue operations, business controlling (finance) or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to our operations
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting
  • Ideally proficient in BI-tools, MS Excel, CRM, CPQ software (preferably Hubspot and/or DealHub) and business intelligence tools (eg. PowerBI)
