Your mission
As a Presales Consultant for Strategic Customers, you will be the technical face of Matrix42, providing solution leadership in Enterprise Service Management, Endpoint & Security Management, Mobile Device Management, Asset Management, and ITIL practices. Working alongside our top-tier Sales and Presales teams, you will take ownership of strategic customer engagements, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. With our strong annual growth, this role also presents opportunities for future development.
- Take full technical responsibility for managing and expanding relationships with strategic customers (both existing and new).
- Design and present architecture blueprints tailored to complex enterprise environments (whiteboarding included!).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as architects, service managers, and decision-makers in large organizations.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist, driving our technical vision and strategy.
- Identify and design opportunities to expand customer relationships through innovative solutions.
- Help your colleagues to meet quarterly sales targets and objectives effectively
- Build the Matrix42 brand by presenting, promoting, and selling Matrix42 solutions within the marketplace
- Use a value-based selling strategy to demonstrate the financial and operational advantages of Matrix42 solutions to prospects and customers
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and prospects
- Foster trusted partnerships with local partners and integrators to drive growth, enhance value, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and the broader ecosystem to deliver superior experience throughout the sales lifecycle
- Showcase product functionalities via on-site and remote demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects.
- Develop long-term, tailored solutions for customers, fostering innovation and growth.
- Assist local sales teams and partners in crafting strong RFI/RFP responses and proposals.
- Lead proof-of-concept implementations to showcase real-world application and impact.
- Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Represent Matrix42 at conferences, roadshows, technical workshops, and webinars.
- Act as a bridge between customers and Product Management, relaying valuable feedback to improve our solutions.
