Your mission
  • Coordinate and Lead Service Delivery: Steer the team towards exceptional performance, ensuring every service meets our high standards.
  • Ensure Service Level Excellence: Monitor and uphold service levels, keeping quality at the forefront.
  • Lead Service Transitions: Smoothly guide services through transitions, ensuring efficiency and minimal disruption.
  • Service Level Management & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on service metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Handle Invoicing with Precision: Keep invoicing accurate and timely, contributing to seamless financial processes.
  • Manage Time & Costs: Optimize resources to deliver services on time and within budget.
  • Identify Risks & Manage Escalations: Proactively spot potential issues and take swift action to resolve them.
  • Discover Upselling Opportunities: Use your insights to recommend additional services that add value for our clients.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in service management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • ITIL is a plus
