Your mission
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage customer projects in the area of Enterprise Service Management, configure, implementing and adapting solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Provide technical and process-oriented (esp. ITIL4) consulting for the successful integrationand configuration of Matrix42 Enterprise ESM solutions, also in the area of digitalization and automation
- Deliver product training through the Matrix42 Academy or directly at customer sites · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and customer-specific customizations.
- Conduct workshops to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and document outcomes
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other consultants to deliver projects aligned with Matrix42’s best practices.
- Assist in pre-study and proof-of-concept phases, helping to align solutions with business goals and demonstrate feasibility.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients to support their long-term success and operational stability.
- Participate in health checks and ongoing maintenance activities, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
