Your mission
As part of our Sales team focusing on Indirect Sales, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers throughout Poland. You will handle newly acquired deals with new customers and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities exclusively through our partners. You will work hand in hand with internal colleagues from the Partner Management or Pre-Sales departments, among others, and build long-term customer relationships. You will sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, develop projects independently until successful completion and coordinate the Winning Team, which will provide you with the necessary sales support in a wide range of disciplines. 
                                                    
  • You are based in Poland and bring expertise in fostering channel and partnerships and closing deals while cultivating enduring relationships with both partners and customers.
  • Your role includes devising sales strategies through detailed analysis and ensuring the CRM system is meticulously maintained.
  • You craft tailored solutions and establish strategic alliances with customers and partners to drive mutual success.
  • With a talent for persuasive consulting, you guide clients toward achieving their sales goals through targeted advice and comprehensive planning.
  • You organize impactful customer presentations and workshops, representing the company with professionalism at trade fairs and events.
  • From initial outreach to finalizing agreements, you oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring seamless execution of sales projects and contract negotiations.
Your profile
  • You bring extensive experience in IT and software sales, excelling in driving success through channel and/or strategic partnerships and confident deal closures.
  • As a motivated sales professional, you have honed your ability to build enduring, results-driven customer relationships while collaborating effectively with partners.
  • Proficient in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or comparable frameworks, you apply these techniques with practical expertise to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Your ability to understand complex challenges and translate them into tailored solution portfolios is one of your core strengths.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset, you are highly results-oriented, blending a determination to succeed with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • You exude confidence, reliability, diligence, and technical expertise, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and a healthy sense of self-assurance.
  • An analytical thinker, you are committed, assertive, and adept at balancing precision with a proactive approach.
  • Your attentive listening skills and knack for asking insightful questions enable you to navigate nuanced conversations effectively.
  • Hard work, flexibility, and a readiness to travel come naturally to you, as does engaging with international customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in both Polish and English, you seamlessly manage cross-cultural interactions and thrive in global environments.
