Your mission

• Be the Go-To Support: Empower our Field Sales team by coordinating internal and customer meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring they have everything they need to excel.
• Event Superstar: Take charge of trade shows and events, creating memorable experiences that make a lasting impression.
• Creative Marketer: Design and deliver marketing materials tailored for the Finnish market, ensuring they resonate with local and regional audiences.
• Brand Champion: Collaborate with our global marketing team to boost Matrix42’s brand visibility in Finland and showcase the value we bring to businesses.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings 1-3 years of relevant experience and a strong willingness to grow.
• Has a positive, proactive, and structured mindset, with excellent multitasking skills.
• Is creative, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic, always eager to learn new things.
• Is fluent in Finnish (C2 level) and has solid English skills to collaborate internationally.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
